Both testified to the greatness of their instructor. Their coach gave them an excellent introduction to the workout, while still challenging them in all the right ways!

AIR Aerial Fitness is designed to help strengthen your core with aerial fitness training classes with all levels being welcomed. Flamel.ai’s Ava Hermann visited AIR Aerial Fitness in Ann Arbor.
Gym Franchise 3: Orangetheory Fitness
There are a variety of classes offered at Orangetheory Fitness that focus on strength, endurance, and cardio, all of which cater to various levels of fitness. Flamel.ai’s Zach Martin attended the Everest Class, one of the franchise’s signature, advanced workouts.
As an experienced runner, Zach said that this fitness class is good for people with a decent amount of cardio experience. He also said that the class was challenging, but rewarding which leaving him feeling set up for success, heading into his weekend.
Gym Franchise 4: Solidcore
Solidcore offers fitness classes on a pilates-inspired reformer, for a high-intensity, full body workout. Flamel.ai’s Bridget Johnston frequently attends Solidcore classes in Indianapolis, and for this challenge, she took a class with one of her favorite instructors.
In addition to her instructor being great as usual, Bridget said that she loves the Solidcore atmosphere. Its moody lighting, bumping playlist, and talkative instructors really push fitness class attendees to go further than they thought possible.
